Sleepies have been making nice-kid freak-punk in Brooklyn since 2007, and currently consist of: Thomas Seely (Guitar, Vocals), Doug Eng (Guitar), Josh Intrator (Bass), and Max Tremblay (Drums).

After two LPs and various singles/EPs, "Natural Selection" is their third full length album and first with Mirror Universe Tapes. The album was recorded in December 2014 by Patrick Higgins (Zs) at Future Past (Hudson, NY), mixed by Thomas Seely, and mastered by Ben Greenberg (Uniform, Pygmy Shrews, The Men).

The Natural Selection release party will be at The Silent Barn on July 16 with Grooms, Heaven’s Gate and Parlor Walls. The album will be available for purchase on cassette and digitally via Mirror Universe Tapes.
